I am a young minded,curvaceous, slight nut job in my late thirties with the mind and soul of a 18 yr old.
I have always been a foodie,in highschool home-economics as it was called back then was my favourite subject. After the birth of my son I decided I wanted to follow my heart and go back to school and develop my cookery skills. I started of by attending cake decorating courses to enable me to develop my cake decorating skills.This would then give me the skills I needed to start making cakes from home, so I could be a stay at home mum and have a form of income.
I then went onto study Professional cookery at my local college, I completed my level 2 & 3. I am now at university studying my BA in Professional Cookery and enjoying every minute of it.
I spend my every waking hour reading food magazines, recipe books, watching food programmes and of course eating. I have a collection of over 500 cookbooks of which I cook from regularly.
I decided I wanted to share what I have learnt over the past 4 years and develop my food writing skills, I know there are a million excellent food blogs out there, I would really appreciate it if you would take the time to read mine. I shall be sharing tips tricks what I have learnt whilst studying my BA course and much much more, I hope you enjoy my blog.
